Intern Description: The Production Internship is designed to provide the student with firsthand experience in video production. Duties will include logging footage, editing short video projects for online distribution, supporting the Creative Department in concept generation, and on-site production support. The internship will also include the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in working with motion graphic programs and other video design tools. Other duties will include formatting, uploading, and backing up video projects.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Junior or Senior class standing with 1-2 years of video production experience
• Knowledge of social media video formats (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Knowledge of YouTube strategy and optimization
• Software experience in FCPX, Premiere, Resolve, Avid, and Adobe Audition
• Motion graphics experience (familiarity with After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya & Blender is a plus)
• Knowledge of file formats, upload, distribution, and back-up
• Assist in day-of production shoots and on-location support
• Focus in editing and post-production preferred (sound design, sound mixing, color correction, etc.)
• Interns will be encouraged to pursue further projects and experience in editing programs of their choice, as well as the opportunity for program certifications
• Upload completed TV ads to stations
• Assist in creative pre-production and production on video shoots
• Other duties and office tasks assigned as needed

• Duration: Approx. 15hrs/week for 12 weeks
• Compensation: $1,200.00 stipend
