MBT Marketing is looking for a talented Account Executive to join our team. If you are incredibly organized, have excellent customer service skills and enjoy managing multiple projects then we should meet.

The Account Executive manages the customer relationship while representing the agency. This role engages in client interactions and insures the planning, production, and execution of all marketing plans are on time and budget. The right candidate will demonstrate confidence, organizational skills, and is detail-oriented. You’ll work with inter-department teams including creative, social, digital, media, production and manage the CRM on behalf of client(s). Must be able to understand Google analytics and mesh with customer sales and transaction data and collapse into monthly reporting for clients.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Creates and manages spreadsheets for project tracking, timelines, and deliverables.
Participates in conference calls during normal and off-office hours.
Prepares call reports and conference reports to track status.
Helps gather client feedback and direction.
Communicates client feedback to internal account and creative teams.
Strives to understand the client’s business and products as thoroughly as possible.
Prepares presentations and meeting documents.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years direct marketing experience
Particular experience in CRM and digital marketing communications
Powerful oral and written communicator
High level of maturity and judgment to represent the agency and client in a polished, intelligent manner
Strong analytical skills required to integrate analytics into successful marketing actions
Computer savvy using Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or Advertising
Willingness to travel within the state of Oregon and West Coast up to 20% of the time

Compensation

The compensation package includes competitive base salary, performance and/or discretionary bonus, health/dental/vision benefits, paid vacation, holidays and sick time. Perks include company sponsored events from whitewater rafting on a Tuesday to ping pong happy hours. We have a casual, caffeinated, dog-friendly office. Many of our team members have the opportunity to travel for client meetings and industry conferences from time to time.
